GI-Metal Neapolitan Perforated Rectangular Delivery Peel is available with either a 33 cm x 33 cm or 41 cm x 41 cm peel head. The amount of holes and circular shaped design, allow for the release of the flour as the dough is stretched out to the ends of the peel. The Perforated Rectangular Delivery Peel follows the Neapolitan Style.
The GI-Metal Neapolitan perforated turning peel has been designed to meet the needs of pizza makers who make pizza in the Neapolitan style. As traditional Neapolitan wood ovens reach 500°C / 932°F and cook a large number of pizzas, the small peels are made entirely of stainless steel. The thickness the peel has been optimised to withstand high temperatures.
The GI-Metal Neapolitan perforated turning peel has a 150 cm (59 inch) long handle with a choice of 20 cm (7.87 inch), 23 cm (9.06 inch) or 26 cm (10.24 inch) head diameter.
The GI-Metal traditional Neapolitan oil cans are constructed with tinned copper and brass. The Artisan produced oil cans suitable for use in domestic or commercial environments and are available in 3 sizes: 0.45 litre, 1.1 litre & 1.4 litre
