Valoriani have created their first rotary oven available in wood, gas or a duel-fuel and in a number of sizes. Incorporating the SPITFIRE BURNER customised to meet the cooking needs of the oven and our R.H.S.® (Recycling Heating System) system that allows the recovery and exploitation of excess heat. Ensuring very high temperatures in the cooking floor. Cooker control and a self-cleaning mechanism make this a very attractive proposition for thigh volume production.
The Valoriani IGLOO was developed as a direct result of continuous research, long years of experience and a passion for product development. It was the world’s first, transpiring oven, able to discharge the moisture produced during baking. This oven can be customised, allowing owners to create an oven to their exact requirements. Igloo is a tried and trusted workhorse, deployed globally.
Our OT model is the “drop in” solution as it offers the most complete and speedy installation possible. OT is supplied ready for use so installation time and costs are predetermined before you start. OT is equipped with an outside metal covering and glazed with fire retardant paints, containing the GR structure. They are available in several sizes. OT is great in tight spaces. Both OT and Igloo can be assembled on site if necessary.
The “Build your Own” commercial solution. The Valoriani GR is available in a number of sizes and can be accurately described as the heart of all Valoriani ovens. Supplied in kit form, the Valoriani GR can include a complimentary, manufacturer specified insulation kit to ensure premium efficiency of operation, If you’re looking for something specially customised, choose GR.
Verace means “True” and this oven truly is a wonder.
It incorporates Valoriani’s RHS® heat recovery and recirculation system. The floor is also specially formulated to allow for the extreme temperatures demanded by true Neapolitan pizza. The managed floor temperature, combined with the typical Neapolitan look guarantees consistently excellent results, produced in volume from the first pizza of the day to the last. Verace be both wood and/or gas fired.
