The GI-Metal 20 cm Solid Round Wood Manipulator peel may be used as a turn and take-out small peel made entirely in stainless steel. The stainless steel construction guarantees perfect insulation for your hands from heat. The 18 mm diameter tubular handle and traditional attachment directly on the round blade. The handle base and interim sliding grip are in a specific high-density polymer, with high impact and heat resistance. A specific fitting on the handle base allows blocking the interim element and makes it available up high when the small peel is rested head down. Oval head with 15/10 mm thickness to guarantee total strength (suitable for moving small pieces of wood)

The GI-Metal Alice Rectangular Solid Pizza Peel has a neutral anodised aluminium 33 cm x 33 cm (13 inch x 13 inch) head and black anodised handle. The rectangular head provides the perfect housing for the pizza with a very large curve radius, and is embossed at the bottom. The thickness of 20/10 mm gives it rigidity and guarantees a firm head able to support even the heaviest pizzas. The milling is on the front. The solid peel’s weight is 0.94 kg (2.05 lb)

The GI-Metal Azzurra Romana Pizza peel for meter sized pizzas is constructed of a 30 cm x 60 cm solid neutral anodised aluminium head and a light blue anodised 120 cm handle. The neutral anodising makes the surface even and protects it against oxidation.
The GI-Metal Azzurra Romana Pizza Peel is lighter compared to classic models, but is extremely sturdy. The oval tubular handle to allows for stability. The flexible head allows scrapping with appropriate ribbing that ensures resistance and absence of vibrations transmitted to the handle making it more comfortable to use. The head handle joint is secured by three large rivets that guarantee safety and no movement.
