The GI-Metal Alice Rectangular Perforated Pizza Peel with neutral anodised aluminium 33 cm x 33 cm head and 120cm black anodised handle. The rectangular head provides the perfect housing for the pizza with a very large curve radius which is embossed at the bottom. The specifically designed perforations on the initial part of the head allow the removal of any excess flour stuck under the pizza during the dusting phase.
